This can happen if you have the program set to merge layers, to fix this, right click and ungroup the image.

How to open the downloaded ZIP file?

On PC: Right click on the ZIP file and choose "Extract to__" On MAC: Double click the file. The file will automatically decompress into the same folder.

How to upload files to Cricut Design Space?

1. Extract the SVG from the ZIP file and save it in a convenient location 2. Open Cricut Design Space and select the blue "Create New Project" button, or click File->New 3. Click the Upload Images button on the left vertical panel 4. Click the blue Upload Image on the next screen 5. Click the blue Browse button, and select the SVG file you want to use.

How to upload files to Silhouette Studio?

1. Check which version of Studio you have. If you have the Designer Edition, you will use the SVG file 2. Open Silhouette Studio and select File -> Import -> Import to Library from the top menu 3. Navigate to the location where you saved the SVG file 4. Your library will open, and Studio will automatically place the file in your My Own Designs folder 5. Open the file by double clicking the thumbnail image in your library. To access the file in the future, select File -> Library from the top menu bar. You will see the file in your My Own Designs folder

Mirrored Version for printing on Transfer paper

The downloaded files DO NOT come with a mirrored JPG and PNG files. You can easily flip them once you have opened them in the default software in either your Mac or PC.

Custom and personalized orders

Monitor resolutions vary so colors may be slightly different from what you see on your screen. If your colors are way off, when you print, you may want to check that your printer's ink isn't low or that the printer's inkwells don't need cleaned. I recommend to change your printer settings to Photo Quality or the Best Quality setting.
