Where Is My Washi Order?

We ship all washi sample orders using USPS First Class Mail that does NOT include tracking. This way we may extend free shipping for our US customers! Sometimes USPS marks orders as delivered when it is still in transit. We recommend waiting 2-3 days to see if it arrives. In the event your order has not been found, we recommend contacting a household member or neighbor to see if there is a chance someone may have collected your order for you by mistake. If your order is not found after 10 business days of it being marked as "delivered" please contact us and we'll see what we can do to help!

Washi Samples and Digital Products are not eligible for return due to the nature of the products themselves.

Due to monitor differences, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online. There may be slight variations of positioning and texture of the foiling due to the manufacturing process. However, this does not affect the overall quality or performance of the washi tape.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us through Etsy. Response times may take up to 24 - 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
