How long will it take to receive my order?

When your order is received, it typically takes us 1 - 2 business days to make and ship your items. From there, expedited shipping adds another 1 - 3 business days and standard shipping adds 3 - 5 business days.

What if I place an order with the wrong address?

Please send us a message at hello@marketdwellings.com as soon as possible so we can update the address prior to shipping the order. If the order has already shipped, please let us know and we will work with you on a solution.

What if it is taking longer than expected for my order to be delivered?

To view the current status of your order, please review the tracking information provided in our shipping confirmation email. You can also reach out to your local carrier to inquire about your delivery status.

What if the tracking information shows my order was delivered, but I never received it?

Please reach out to your local carrier for more information or to file a claim for your missing package. If the carrier is unable to assist you, please contact us at hello@marketdwellings.com.

Can I customize the items I order?

We are not offering any professional design services at the moment. However, we are launching a new customization tool available at www.marketdwellings.com. This new feature will let you customize many of the designs in our shop to fit your needs. We are setting up new customizable products each day. We hope to offer this feature with most of our products very soon.

Can I purchase a digital download or template of a Market Dwellings design?

We do not offer digital downloads or templates for any of our designs. We only sell physical products.

What size business cards do your products accommodate?

Our products are made to hold a standard size 3.5 in x 2 in business card.

What size lotto tickets do your products accommodate?

Our line of lotto ticket products are made to hold a 4 in x 2.5 in scratch off.

How many items come in a set?

Most items are sold starting in sets of 10.

Shipping and Processing Times

Shipping and processing times are different. Since each item is handmade, the estimated shipping time does not include the 1-5 day processing time for each order. Processing times for yard signs, business cards, notepads, journals, and keychains require a 3-5 day processing time.
