▪︎It will take me approximately 1-2 weeks to create the unique pen just for you. It is worth the wait, trust me! I'll communicate with you throughout the whole process of making your pen. That way you'll know exactly where I'm at in the process and you'll know that you are getting exactly what you wanted.

▪︎Pens are carefully inspect before shipping for any defects or errors however, as with most handmade slight imperfections are expected.

▪︎If you want different colors, a different design or you have another idea in mind. I love to do custom orders. Feel free to contact me about your specific needs.

•Ink is colored
•Pens are made using high-quality glitter and vinyl and sealed with resin.

Return/Exchange Policy:
1. You are responsible for all spelling and wording, no changes can be made once the pen has been started on.
2. If there is a problem with your order, please message me and I will do my best to fix it.
3. If you receive a damaged item, due to shipping, contact me for a replacement within 24hrs of receiving. Items will not be replaced if I was not contacted within 24 hours of package arrival. Pictures will need to be provided as proof of damage.
4. Pen PLASTIC TIP must STILL be attached in photos if requesting a refund or exchange.
5. Item must be sent back to us before we can issue a refund. Unless damaged during shipping, customer is responsible for SHIPPING COST.
6. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges, but please contact me if there's any issue with your order.
