Highlights
Queen Medb on her throne..
Digital print of a my original pen illustration.
Strong-willed, ambitious, cunning and promiscuous, Medb was an archetypal warrior queen. Best known as the Queen of Connacht and for her role in the 'Táin Bó Cúailgne' from Irish mythology where she went to war with Ulster in attempt to steal the prize stud bull 'Donn Cúailnge'.
The scene depicts Queen Medb on her throne, sword unsheathed by her side. Ornamentation around her head on the back of the throne details her story arc.
It's a lovely gift for any occasion or for your own home.
• Available in A4 size (21 x 29.7 cm).
• Printed beautifully on textured paper, FSC certified.
• Personally signed in pencil.
• Packed flat, mailed inside bio-degradable cellophane sleeve, in rigid, recycled envelope
It pairs beautifully with other prints in the range.
*frame is for illustrative purposes only*
