Gift wrapping and packaging

Blooms are supplied packaged securely wrapped in tissue paper and placed flat in a cardboard box. Multiple orders will be combined into one box wherever possible to avoid excess packaging. We package stems tightly to ensure a safe transit, this can slightly flatten your stems. Allow a few days for the stems to relax and take shape once the packaging has been removed. Whilst we endeavour to make our packaging as attractive as possible, it is intended for transit purposes only, and as such, there is no additional charge applied for this. At this time, we do not offer a specific gift wrapping service.

The individual listing will clearly state the quantity of blooms and the overall height. All sizes are approximate -please note that as these are natural products -no artificial stems are used -each stem will have variations in shape, size and colour. Our stems generally come in two sizes - 30cm (letterbox friendly) or 50cm. Please check which size would best suit your requirements. Consider the vase you intend to use. The opening at the top of the vase does impact significantly on how your stems will sit. Please refer to the listing photographs or our Instagram page for styling ideas. Please read the listings carefully and if you have any further questions please contact us before placing your order.

All blooms come with a care card which contain handy hints to keep your blooms looking their best for approx 1-3 years (this is a guide so they can last longer if cared for):- ♥ Your blooms have been wrapped securely to ensure a safe transit. Allow a few days for the stems to relax and regain their shape once placed in your vase. ♥ No water is required. Simply get creative and arrange your blooms in your favourite vase. ♥ Dried blooms will fade naturally over time which only adds to their charm. To slow the fade, keep them away from direct sunlight. ♥ Temperature changes should be avoided and your blooms are best kept in a cool and dry area away from too much movement. ♥ All you have to do now is sit back, relax and enjoy.

Damaged Items in Transit

Although your blooms will leave us in tip top condition, unfortunately sometimes damage does occur in transit which is beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us upon delivery and include photographs of the damage (product and packaging if applicable) so we can help to resolve the issue.

Delivery Expectations

We offer next working day dispatch on all orders and use Royal Mail for our letterbox blooms (30cm) and Evri for our larger size blooms (50cm). Letterbox Friendly Boxes (UK and International):- Royal Mail UK Tracked 48hr OR Royal Mail UK Tracked 24hr Delivery dates provided are estimated and not guaranteed International Standard - NO TRACKING. Estimated 12-30 working days delivery OR International Tracked - TRACKED Estimated 12-30 working days delivery Large Boxes (UK only):- Courier Tracked Service - EVRi or Yodal Estimated 2-4 business days delivery. For all orders we comply with the Etsy Payment Protection scheme for non delivery. Etsy decision is final.

How long will it take to make? When will it be posted?

Your blooms are dispatched on the next working day after you place your order. If time allows we can sometimes even dispatch the same day you order- so please ask questions BEFORE you place your order. Check the address details you provide are correct. If you require your order for a specific date it is recommended you use the tracked express service (not available on 50cm products). Remember that estimated postal delivery is estimated and not guaranteed. We can not be held liable for subsequent postal delays which are beyond our control. Please make allowances for postal delays caused by post office closures due to public and bank holidays and also busy postal periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day etc.

Bloom selection and colour

Please note that whilst the majority of stems will be as represented in the photographs, as these are a natural product individual blooms will vary in size, shape and colour. We do not use filters in any of our photographs but colour variances can occur depending on the device used to view. As natural products there WILL be variances in colour. If blooms are unavailable then a suitable substitute, of the same or higher value, will be included. If the stems are smaller than normal (unavoidable as a natural product) then we will increase the number of stems provided. Please note: If you intend to use for cake decorating, it is recommended you use a cake pin or wrap a food safe product around the stems. All stems are of non-edible.

Custom and personalised orders

If you are looking for bespoke blooms then take look at our "Bloom Bar Collection" designed so you can choose from a variety of dried flowers, pampas, feathers and decorations to make your own unique display. Additionally, we can include a free gift message if requested. Please check your message carefully - spellings, capital and lower case etc. We will print the message exactly as provided to us. If we do personalise an order in any way for you - this is then non-returnable.

Unhappy with your order - returning an item

If you required your item for a specific date and it arrives late we cannot be held liable for postal delays which are beyond our control. Please refer back to the listing to view full product description. If you are still unhappy, contact us immediately via Etsy, including a photo, stating why you are dissatisfied. We will review the issue and, if we agree to a refund, this will be processed upon us receiving the returned order in full. Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs. We advise using the original box & obtaining a certificate of posting or tracked. The item must be returned in their original sealed tissue wrap. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition .
