These long dangle earrings are made using the Soutache technique, a type of embroidery used to sew beads and crystals with textile elements to create unique, particular and very light jewels.

All the jewels in the shop are hand-sewn by me, in my small craft workshop in Italy. I select only the best materials to make the jewels and I protect them with an odorless and colorless impregnating agent so that they are resistant to dust and humididy.

• Remove it when going to sleep, pool, beach, or spa
• Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners. Never use chemical jewelry cleaners as these will do more harm than good.
• For light cleaning, gently polish with a dry, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching. Avoid water when cleaning.
• Store your beloved jewelry in a cool dry place.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and wish to return it, please contact me via Etsy within 14 days of receipt of your jewelry for instructions on how to ship it back to me.
• Returns that are damaged, used or altered will not be accepted.
• Once I have received and accepted your return, I will issue a refund of the cost of the item(s) excluding the shipping fee that I pay for to send your order.
• I strongly recommend that you select a traceable, insured return shipping, as I won’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.
• Customers will be responsible for the delivery cost of returns and exchanges.

• If your parcel hasn't been delivered after the estimated time of arrival, please let me know and I will file a claim at the post office so they can try to locate it. Sometimes, the post office can take up to 2 months to solve the claim and give me a resolution.
