You have 3 options to print the digital files: 1. Print instantly at home. 2. Take or email the files to your local printer or photo printing shop like Costco or Staples. 3. Upload the files to an online printing service like Printful - https://www.printful.com

Can I have a file size that is not listed?

Sure. The easiest way is to purchase the existing listing and then message me with your size requirement. I will email your custom file to you via WeTransfer within 24 hours.

Where can I download my digital printable files?

After Etsy processes your payment you will automatically be let to your downloadable files. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to your downloads. In case you want to do it later. To access your digital files, go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

What frames are you using in your images? And where can I get them?

For most of my product images, I am using the 50x70cm a frame from IKEA, which you would use the “International 5x7 File” for print. IKEA frames are affordable, easy to install and have a variety of sizes to choose from. Each print includes 5 different ratio files, so you're able to fit it in any sized frame! But if you need a special one, send me a message! I will gladly do it for you. No extra charge, of course :)

I purchased a set of print, but I only received a text file.

Inside the text file, you will see the download link. Please copy and paste that link into your browser, that will bring you to my Dropbox, where you would download the files. The reason behind this is because the files are too large to be downloaded directly from Etsy.

Can I add custom fonts to the art prints?

I have some print art with inspirational quotes. But if you want some photo print art does not have, please contact me by message. I'm sure I can help you and make some new art, especially for you.

Do you sell printed + shipped posters, instead of digital download?

At the moment, I'm sorry, but this is not possible. I recommend you print it on a specialised photo print shop in your area for a more artistic and professional result or print on one of the sites listened above in the first question.

What type of paper do you recommend printing on?

I usually recommend printing on a poster, matte, or semi-gloss paper. Matte will give you a more natural feel, while semi-gloss will be more vibrant and saturated. If you print the vintage prints, I would recommend a matte paper. Also, if you are looking for a more artistic and unique result, I recommend a fine art paper such as the Hahnemühle matte textures.

How do I open the .zip files?

To open your zip file, simply right click on the file and select extract file, that should open up a new folder with your jpeg files.
