NO watering, NO sunlight, No trimming.Please keep your piece OUT of direct sunlight to prevent fading. Use indoors only.

NO! Your preserved pieces need no water. In fact, spraying water, scent sprays, or anything will disrupt the preservation process. This can cause oils and dyes to run and ruin your piece. Please do not spray anything onto your moss pieces.

Customs & duties are not covered by Bright Belle Shop and must be paid by the recipient (outside of Canada only). Please look into your country’s policies before ordering.

Bright Belle cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels after they have been scanned as delivered.

Replacements for lost, damaged or wrong items are offered on a case by case basis. Please allow 10-14 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for a replacement order to be shipped.

Some items may appear larger in photographs than they are. Please look carefully in each item description for the dimensions before purchasing. We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or misreading product sizing.

We do not guarantee delivery dates under any circumstances. Estimated delivery dates are usually accurate, however unforeseen delays with postage carriers can occur, especially around holidays and weekends. We do not have any additional information on untracked packages once it leaves our facility. Please be sure to choose an option with tracking if you would like access to updates along the journey of your package.

We have NO further information on non-trackable items once they leave our facility, please refer to the provided estimated delivery dates. It is the customers responsibility to upgrade for tracking.

USA: The Small Packet™ - USA Air option DOES NOT include tracking. Please upgrade accordingly if you prefer TRACKING information to the following options:

Due to these mosses being real from nature or the natural dyes, there can be a slight smell present but usually this will dissipate very quickly (within a week) and most will not notice it at all.

If you do notice a smell, the time it will take to go away depends largely on environmental conditions in the space. Some pieces can take longer 2-4 weeks. After this time it will be undetectable and again, most people don’t smell anything at all.

All of our Moss Art Pieces are made with Grade A Preserved Moss (Lichen). It is made from 100% real natural mosses (lichen) and/or flowers that require no watering, no natural direct sunlight and no trimming.

Cultivated or harvested according to ecological practices, the mosses, plants and flowers are no longer living and require no maintenance. They are preserved without the use of chemicals by using both a natural oil and natural food dyes.

As the oil mimics the water in the plant, they still appear live, vibrant and maintain a natural appearance years and years to come (8+ years unless otherwise specified).
ALL OUR MOSS MATERIALS ARE ETHICALLY AND SUSTAINABLY SOURCED!

Packages are generally marked as return-to-sender due to the following reasons:

- There was an issue with the shipping address or postal code
- The addressee does not live at the shipping address
- The package was refused by the recipient when a delivery was attempted

If a package is returned to us, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing; you can always email us first if you notice any issues with your tracking.

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us. You will be issued a refund order value less initial + return shipping fees, given the error was not our fault. Once you have received your refund, we welcome you to place a new order with us!

All products are handmade, each piece is unique and there might be slight differences between each one. Natural variations can be expected pertaining to slight moss colour variation and design and wood variations with staining. We strive to recreate each piece to match the product listing closely.
