An amazing piece of history, this rare 1940’s repurposed parachute silk blouse is the perfect addition to any vintage collection. The white silk is embroidered and smocked with rainbow thread and depicts a beautiful floral motif. In classic peasant blouse form, the piece includes, an open collar, a cinched waist, peplum and open cuffs. It is in excellent vintage condition, with one small mark on the front of the peplum and a tiny pinhole on the lower back of the peplum, please see photos.

Bust: 40-42 inches

Waist: 26-32 inches

Shoulder to pit: 8 inches

Pit to cuff: 18.5 inches
