If you’ve ordered a photo collage, you’ll receive a link to upload your photos on the next working day after placing your order. Please keep an eye on your Etsy messages and email inbox.

📦 When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched promptly using Royal Mail Second Class. There is the option to upgrade to 1st class postage at checkout for faster onward delivery. While this service is estimated at 2–3 working days, please note that Etsy’s delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. CHRISTMAS Due to current Royal Mail delays, delivery may take up to 14 working days after dispatch. Once your order has been posted, delivery times are outside of our control. If your order has not arrived after 14 working days, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Custom and personalised orders

We recommend around 60 photos for all of our collages, however a few more or less is absolutely fine. Please note, regardless of how many photos are used, photos are always placed and repeated at random throughout the collage with some overlapping and some not being shown in their entirety.
