Tracking says "in transit" but hasn't updated in several days

Often the tracking number will say "in transit" in the origin city up until it reaches the destination city. It simply means that its on its way to you, and they haven't stopped to scan it anywhere in between. It should update soon. If you don't see any updates for over a week, please contact me so I can figure it out or get a replacement sent to you.

Why is there a blue(or black) grid on my decal?

The grid is just on the transfer tape, its intended to aid in the application process. It actually peels off after the application so that its just the vinyl left. If you need any assistance in applying the decal, please refer to the application instructions page or contact us for further assistance
