How long do I have to complete a return?

Regardless of the circumstances the customer has 21 days for domestic orders and 45 days for international orders from the ship date to complete a return. In the event a return is approved after the 21 day period the refund will be in the form of a shop credit via a discount code good for 1 year.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we can aid in the design of your items and custom make them to your specifications. Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances, covid-19 and production delays delivery of custom made items may exceed the quoted delivery time by as much as 30 days. Custom orders can not be canceled until 30 days past the original quoted delivery date.

Do you charge a restocking fee on returns and exchanges.

In some cases items received after 14 days may be charged a 20% restocking fee and a 0.20 per returned item re-listing fee. The balance would be for a store credit only. There is no charge on exchanges except for the re-shipping charge.

Only chain that is purchased and returned in full 10 meter spools can be returned. Cut to length chain is not returnable unless it is damaged.

Can international customers return orders because they did not know about or did not want to pay the duty and taxes imposed by their country?

No, Orders returned from international customers who have not paid the duty or taxes imposed by their country will not be accepted under any circumstances. These orders will be returned to the customer only after the customer has paid for the return shipping. It is the responsibility of all international customers to know before they order what duties and taxes they will have to pay on their orders.

When will international orders be refunded.

In the event an international order is lost or un-deliverable due to an incorrect shipping address a refund will only be issued after the insurance claim is paid (30-45 days), if insurance was purchased or after the returned items have been received and inspected (7-14 days after receipt). If the items are returned due to an incorrect shipping address the customer may pay to have the order re-shipped or pay a 50% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued on orders received after 45 days from the ship date. If the order can not be shipped after packaging because of an incorrect shipping address the customer will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. Shipping charges on international orders will only be refunded via an insurance claim.

Free Shipping, Quantity Discounts, Returns and Insurance.

Unless the wrong item was shipped any items returned that received free shipping or a quantity discount and the return drops the order total below the qualifying amount required to receive free shipping or a discount will have the cost of the original shipping and the discount difference deducted from the refund. Insurance can be purchased by the buyer for 1.20 per 100.00usd of value. If a shipment is lost by the USPS the buyer will have to have purchased insurance for the order to be re-shipped or for the buyer to be reimbursed for the cost of the order. A listing to purchase insurance can be found on the front page of my shop "On Sale" Items are not returnable.

We import natural stones from all over the world. These stones are handled by many different people before they arrive. While we try to make sure all of our stones are clean and odor free it is advised that all stones should be rinsed and dried before using.

Very pretty in color. Size was great. Shipped fast. The only con is the color scratches off so I am unable to use for the project I had in mind. Will have to keep for personal use only.

Hi, Thanks for the order. I'm Sorry you’re not happy with some of the quartz. I have never had a customer tell me the color has come off. I checked my inventory of all the colors you purchased and while you can scratch the color with a sharp metallic object the color did not come off. The color is applied using titanium and heat in a vacuum chamber and should be nearly impossible to come off. If you can send send me a picture of any stones where the color has come off I will gladly replace them. Thanks, Joan
