Due to the delicate nature & embellishments of our turbans we are advocates of spot cleaning. Hey, sometimes things happen and that's alright too. If you must wash a turban please either hand wash it in lukewarm water & allow to air dry or place in laundry bag on delicate.

Please note that our turbans are hand produced so allow for some variation between turbans, no two are exactly the same and that's alright. Should you have a manufacturing issue, please refer to our Shipping + Returns section.

We do not offer refunds unless there was a large defect or your package arrived damaged. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We don't like to dampen the mood but please take note that our turbans are not created to protect children or adults head from harm. New Girl knots are intended to be a fashion accessory. The customer assumes all responsibility and liability upon purchase and we will not be held responsible for harm caused.

Additionally swim turbans do not serve as a replacement for sunscreen.

Once your has been picked up by, you will receive an updated tracking number. If your package says it's delivered please call your local post office. We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen once they leave our hands and suggest that the customer files a claim with USPS.

International: Buyer is responsible for any customs costs.
