What is your Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy?

All of our items are custom made to order, and we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please take care to check your personalization details, spelling, and address information as you place your order. Note that colors may vary on your screen based on the actual item due to lighting & photography. Color variations are not a defect or eligible for return/exchange. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order within 4 business days of the order being marked as delivered on the tracking. We require a clear, high quality photo which shows the entire product, including the image/print & which also clearly shows the issue in that same photo. If a photo cannot show this fully/clearly, we may request a short video.

Gift Messages, Gift Wrapping, and Gift Receipts

At this time, we do not offer extra gift wrapping, gift packaging, or printed notes inside the package. Digital Gift notes are always available digitally through Etsy's Gift Teaser Option. The best way to add a digital gift note is through a Gift Teaser during the checkout process. However you can also add it after purchase, if needed. To create a gift teaser after making a purchase: Go to your Purchases on the Etsy App or Website (must be logged in) Find the order that you sent as a gift. Select Create a gift teaser. Fill in the form. Note that whether you mark a package as a gift or not, your order will not contain an invoice that displays the price, making it perfect for sending directly to the recipient.

My Package Has Shipped, But I Haven't Received It Yet

Keep in mind that the shipping times listed in our shop policies are estimates, and that once your package has been handed over for shipping, we do not have control over this process. Occasionally the shipping carrier can experience delays. You can use the tracking number on your order to track the package with the shipping carrier, and can follow up with them on their progress. Bella & Oak and is not responsible or liable for delays or issues caused by the carrier. To make sure that your order ships smoothly, please make sure that your shipping address is correct, since we are not responsible for issues due to the customer giving the wrong address. Customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Discounts, Offers, and Wholesale Availability

Discounts & Offers: Discounts and sales are advertised on our product listings. Please be aware that we do not haggle or negotiate pricing. However, if you have a larger order of 14 or more items, or a bulk order of 30 or more items, please reach out to us before ordering to inquire about a coupon large and bulk orders. Note that shipping multiple items together will also reduce your shipping cost and provide extra savings as well. Wholesale Availability: Currently, wholesale is only available to Brick and Mortar stores and wholesale orders will be subject to a minimum purchase. Please inquire through Etsy messenger and include your brick and mortar store info in your inquiry.

Will I receive a mockup?

We can provide mockups if it is requested when the order is placed. Otherwise orders placed without a mockup request be made according to your specifications, without a mockup or preview, which helps to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please be sure to request a mockup when you place your order (and not after) if you'd like to add this step. Note that requesting a mockup may add a business day or two to your order timeline as the order remains on hold during the mockup creation and approval time.
