Recommendation before you start using the candle. Warning - Very Important To prevent fire and serious injury, always burn the candle within sight. Keep away for drafts and vibrations. Keep out of reach of children. Never burn the candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trims. Only burn the candle on a level fire/heat resistant surface. Burn Instructions: Trim the wick to 4-5mm before each burn. When possible, allow a full melt pool to be formed before blowing out the candle. This ensures a stronger scent throw and more even burn throughout but do not burn the candle for more than 3 hours at a time.

What if I have address issues? "Change Address" "Wrong Address" "Missing Info" or "Return to Sender"

Buyer is responsible for ensuring that shipping address is correct PRIOR to placing their order. No changes can be made once we've dispatched the order. We will no longer be able to change your address and send out the items due to issues with fraudulent addresses. We often cannot provide refunds in the event that items are returned to sender due to buyer entering incorrect address because we don't always receive these items back and cannot just charge you new shipping. SO PRETTY PLEASE always always check your shipping address for errors before ordering. We want to make sure you receive your item.

When will my order be shipped?

Our items are made in small batches. We have production and shipping times in every listing as accurately as possible so you can make an informed purchase. Dispatch is 1-3 days plus delivery depending on the selection made.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Kindly note the candles will come already wrapped in a nice wrapping paper. We can add a personalised message but this might not be possible all the time, depending on season and volume of work.
