Returns and Exchanges.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges if the item is in satisfactory condition to qualify for the return or exchange. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery Post items back to me within:30 days of delivery I don't accept cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged • Custom or personalised orders • Sale items Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. In regards to unwanted returns we do not refund original item postage costs as this leaves us out of pocket. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Ordered these beautiful jars. Unfortunately when they arrived, the coffee jar had Smashed in transit (despite the "Fragile" sticker on the box). Not to worry though, I messaged Nicole and she was straight on it. I received my replacement jar within 2 weeks. They're lovely and go with my Bumblebee kettle and toaster well

The items are beautiful, exactly like the pictures. Delivery was late due to Evri’s poor service in delivery and handling the items which resulted in the seller having to make new items and resend them. Nicole was absolutely fantastic with all of my queries and responded fast .
