I need my order sooner, is this possible?

If you need your order quicker than the advertised timescale please contact me before ordering and I will advise as to whether I can meet your deadline. Where possible I will make orders quicker to meet your deadline.

I placed my order and added a note that I needed it sooner than advertised, will my order arrive in time?

If you have added a note requesting your order quicker than the advertised timescale, and haven't spoken to me before placing your order, I will do my best to meet your deadline but cannot guarantee that your order will arrive sooner than advertised. With the above in mind, please send me a message within one hour of placing your order if you wish to cancel it. If you would prefer to go ahead with your order and see if it arrives in time, please bear in mind that I will be unable to refund you if it doesn't meet a deadline that is sooner than advertised.

How are your hoop gifts made?

Every element of the hoop design has been created by me, I personalise my design to meet your needs, then I cut the design using a cutting machine. I then need to separate the design from the vinyl that is not needed, this is a delicate and time consuming process called weeding. Once your design has been weeding, I heat press it onto quality wool blend felt. Your design is then secured in a woodgrain effect embroidery hoop, and the excess felt is trimmed.

Can I have my embroidery hoop gift wrapped?

All of my embroidery hoops are beautifully packaged whether or not you are sending direct to your recipient. Who doesn't love beautiful packaging? Your order will arrive in a large letter sized Kraft box, which will fit through a letterbox. I use tissue paper and crinkle paper inside the box and seal with a branded sticker for a luxury feel. You can see an example of my packaging in every embroidery hoop listing photo.

Postage: Standard postage is via 2nd class, you have the option to upgrade to 1st class post. Royal Mail (RM) aim to deliver 2nd class mail within 2-3 days and 1st class mail within 1-2 days.
