I am a new type 1 diabetic and wanted to create something to make my supplies easier to keep together and nicer to look at! This organizer fits my specific needs but might not fit yours. Let me know how I can make this perfect for your supplies! I use a seperate box with a lid for my used needles so I can easily dump them in a sharps container.
Want a box with a lid for your used needles? This looks much better on my nightstand or on my bathroom counter than a sharps container. When it's full, I dump into my container under my sink. Lots of sizes available!

Approximate dimensions (I hand make each piece so they are all a little different. If you need something specific accommodated, please make sure to let me know):
Height: 4.5 inches
Width: 5.5 inches
Depth: 2.5 inches
The lid has a lip on the inside so it doesn't slide off. I leave the foot of it unglazed so it doesn't stick to my kiln shelf.
There are approx 30 needles in the storage box pictured.
Pen storage holes are slightly less that 1 inch. Pictured is a Humalog InPen and a Lantus pen. I typically pour clear glaze in these areas that I can't fit a brush in.
I have my glucose tablets in the opening without a lid. I can also fit a gel pouch in this opening. It's about 1.5 inches wide to fit my 1 inch wide bottle.
Handmade from a low fire standard white clay making this a durable, daily use piece. I hand paint all my work with low fire glazes that give the benefit of vibrant colors and several combinations. Pieces are painted to order with the glaze of your choice. Due to the nature of handmade work, please note that the colors are samples of the end result but slight variations should be expected.
Shipping speed varies. I am a one person show. In order to fire my kiln, I have to have enough work to fill it. If you place a custom order, sometimes I can get it in a glaze firing in a few days and sometimes I will need a week or more to acquire enough glazeware to fire. If you need more specific shipping time, please reach out. I can give you a better estimate on timing on individual order basis. I try to get all orders out within 2 weeks.
Need something to go with your organizer but you don't see it on my shop? Message me and I can create a custom order for you.
