No returns are accepted without authorization. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item(s) that you would like to return. Once you have authorization on the return, we must receive the item(s) within 7 business days from the time of authorization.

Returning items; purchaser will pay the shipping and insurance costs for return items plus a minimum of 15% restocking fee on return. Items must be in original condition and packing.

If you would like to cancel an order before it has been processed, we will charge a minimum of 15% restocking fee.

If there is a broken item, wrong item or such concern, please contact us before returning the item.

We offer free shipping on orders $35+ to street addresses within the Continental United States.
This offer excludes PO Boxes and non contiguous US States/Regions/Municipalities. If any of these apply to you, please select Priority Mail at checkout. If you do not, your order may be canceled and you will be asked to reorder and select Priority Mail at checkout.

All orders will have valid tracking numbers available through your order page. Please be aware that First Class and First Class International orders may not have up-to-date tracking. If your order is marked delivered but you are unable to find it, contact your local Post Office. If you do not receive updates within a few days, get in touch with us and we will glad refund, reship, or help locate the package for you.
