Due to the nature of print on demand, our products are made to order and are therefore non-refundable.

We will accept returns/exchanges if your item is:

• Misprinted/damaged/defective

We CANNOT accept returns or exchanges if:

• The order never arrived (wrong address), so PLEASE be extra careful with apartment numbers and zip/postal codes!
• Buyer's remorse.
• Size Exchange (Please use the provided size chart).

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) or Sublimation printing for our apparel. This method is precise, allowing our designs to be printed in higher detail with extensive color options.

*Please note that because our apparel is made-to-order and immediately packaged, there may be a residual scent left over from the printing process. No worries! This easily vanishes once your garment has been washed.

All apparel is machine washable. Be sure to set the water temperature to cold, turn the clothing inside-out, and set it to a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Only if necessary, use non-chlorine bleach. Do not use fabric softeners.

You may tumble dry your garment on the "Low" setting, or preferably you can hang-dry it for longevity.

For DTG printed apparel, you can iron it if it is inside-out. Just make sure not to iron over any of the design area.

Do not dry clean.

Most of our items are Unisex sizing unless stated otherwise, which means they are a relaxed boyfriend style fit.

Please kindly refer to the sizing chart available in the pictures section for each item before choosing your size.

For the best fit, lay a T-Shirt of yours flat and measure the width and length. Then compare those measurements to the sizing guide to see what would be the best size for you.

Once an order is in production, the order can no longer be cancelled, changed or edited as the item may have been created.

Contact us as soon as possible (max 8 hours from the order). If a cancellation is possible, we will attempt to do everything in our power to make it happen.

Unfortunately Loot Gremlins is not responsible for any shipping delays or lost/stolen packages of parcels that have been marked as Delivered.

Any customer claims regarding lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages are to be directed to the local post office that is directly responsible for their address.

We currently print our items on demand. This means your item is made-to-order for you once you place your order.

Please allow up to 7 - 10 business days for production prior to shipping, unless otherwise indicated on a listing, after you make your purchase. Once your item has been printed it will be shipped directly from our printing partners facility.
