We hope you will be delighted with your Mirus Atelier piece.

However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to adjust, exchange, or refund your order.

If this is the case, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery to arrange the return/exchange/adjustment, then make sure to ship the item back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Items are returned at the buyer's own risk, so we recommend that you use a Special Delivery service, and insure the shipment against loss or damage. Original postage will only be refunded if an item has been sent incorrectly, or some other error has been made on our part.

Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

A small 15% restocking fee of the original item price will apply.

*Earrings and custom made and altered items cannot be returned or exchanged. We are happy, however, to discuss any potential adjustments or alterations (at additional cost to the customer).

*Items purchased on sale or via a special promotion cannot be returned.

*For international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer. These will be invoiced at cost.

We offer personalised and custom made pieces. We can work with you to create something completely new or re-imagine a vintage or antique heirloom. Please contact us should you wish to have one of your creations come to life.  We can create bespoke jewellery based on a brief and we will work together to achieve your unique design. The style of custom made pieces will be similar to the collection already available at Mirus Atelier following a similar design aesthetic and we will guide you to achieve exactly what you set out to create. We also offer engraving and resizing of existing Mirus Atelier pieces. Because of the unique nature of custom orders we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these items.

With some care and attention each piece created at Mirus Atelier will last a lifetime and more.  However, we do recommend to remove items when sleeping, showering, cleaning or swimming to avoid any excessive damage.
Please store items away from sunlight when not in use and in their original packaging or similar, to maintain and prolong their life span. Each piece can be gently cleaned occasionally with warm soapy water and dried thoroughly.
Please contact us should you have any questions regarding the metals used and how they might interact with your skin or with external environmental factors.
