🗹 Artwork by Moonlark Design is registered and protected. All designs, images, and clip art are the intellectual property of Moonlark Design. Copyright remains with Moonlark Design.
🗹 You are the only licensed user of the design or clip art. Your license may be revoked if you have not followed terms properly. Designs and elements may not be shared with anyone, in any format. (...Not with friends, people on the internet, in a different format, with a little something changed. You get the idea. We call that theft.)
🗹 You may use my watermarked preview photos to gather interest from your customers.
(!) You MUST WATERMARK all preview photos/advertising you create for items with Moonlark Design elements and designs. Failure to watermark encourages theft and may result in your license being revoked.
☺Leads and information regarding anyone abusing these terms of use are rewarded.

___I CAN USE THIS ELEMENT OR DESIGN FOR___
❤ Physical Items you create YOURSELF (shirts, tumblers, planners, etc.) No POD Use.
❤ Selling transfers you print yourself - no additional license needed

❤ Clip Art Only - You may sell your finished design using Moonlark Design Clip Art digitally after it has been edited, overlapped, and combined with other elements to make a completely new design. You should not be able to isolate the clip art in your design. Simply adding glasses, a background or just words is not sufficiently transitional. Clip Art should be overlapped by other elements.

⚠ No Sharing. You are the only licensed user. Selling, Sharing, Giving away for free or for profit, Gifting, Phone Dumping, Sending to a friend, or random internet groupie is prohibited, illegal, and repayment for resulting loss in sales may be sought.
⚠ You may not change the file format, any part of the design, or clipart and share or resell.
⚠ You may not alter colors or any part of a design. Designs and clipart are copyrighted. You need to request a custom design from Moonlark Design if there’s a change needed. Moonlark Design is the only business approved to make changes.
