this company did not ship my product and did not process my refund despite telling me I would be getting a refund. I am contacting etsy support to remedy this issue.

It did take way longer than the expected date (it was expects for Feb 1 came Feb 12) but it did some from a different continent and when I asked about it the owner of the shop messaged right away and gave me a tracking link
