My package didn't arrive yet, how do I find it?

A tracking number is provided with ALL packages that I send. Please refer to that. If the Post Office indicates your item was delivered, but you don't have it, please check with your neighbors, building manager, front desk, package receptacle, customs/duty office, etc. It is not my responsibility to track down your lost package if you didn't provide a secure location for it to be delivered to. Also, please make sure to provide the correct address to Etsy at check out. And for international orders, once your package leaves the US you have to track it from your end. I am not familiar with the postal service/customs in your country.

My package arrived damaged in the mail. Now what?

Please contact me for further instructions. I will need a photo of the damage in order for me to be able to file a claim with the Post Office. I will work with you to resolve the situation in the best way possible.

Help! I need it now! Can you do a last minute rush order?

Maybe. I usually have other orders pending, and it isn't always fair to prioritize yours ahead of theirs. But I understand sometimes things happen, and I am typically pretty accommodating when I can be. It depends on when you need it by, where you live, what the item is, etc. Just convo me to ask if it will be possible. I charge a rush order fee depending on the deadline and complexity of your request.

This vintage atlas map paper rose bouquet features 12 of my smaller 2.5-3" roses for a little variety. These maps are so pretty and colorful, this will go with just about any color scheme. The map pages will vary from this one, this is a photo of a sold bouquet, but they will be just as pretty. And I can wrap your stems/handle with ribbon for you, or just have a bow below the map roses if you prefer. The whole bouquet is between 7.5-9 inches (approximately) in diameter. This is popular for destination weddings too. These roses can be left loose for a dozen stemmed roses to use as you please too. Just let me know.

Helen really saved the day with this bouquet. I was short on time and she had a custom-made bouquet in the mail within two days after placing the order! It was perfect! My mother used fabric from our grandmother's wedding dress as ribbon to emulate an actual bridal bouquet. Surprising my sister with a rehearsal bouquet at her bridal luncheon was one of the highlights of her wedding week!!
