I can’t find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your 'Social and Promotions' tabs. If it’s not there, please contact me.

Can I access my digital purchases from my account?

Yes! To access your digital file(s), go to 'Your Account' > 'Purchases' and reviews and look for the order. On the right of the order click 'Download Files'. This goes to the 'Downloads' page for all the files attached to your order. There are generally no limits on when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your 'Purchases' page, if the transaction hasn't been cancelled or removed. If your payment is still processing, the 'Download Files' button will be grey and inactive.

I’m experiencing troubles downloading my files

What about returns and cancellations?

I do not accept returns and cancellations, as crochet patterns are digital goods. After purchasing the template, you will receive a download link. Each pattern description contains pictures of the finished product and information about the necessary materials for the manufacture of these toys. All my crochet patterns are presented in PDF format (in the English language). You can open and view a document on any device. Crochet patterns contain detailed sequential photos and a step-by-step algorithm for creating a crocheted product.
