How are your shirts sized?

Please make sure to check the listing for the shirt type and size chart. General rule is that I use Bella Canvas 3001 (Unisex Fit) or Comfort Colors (Loose Unisex Fit) for most shirts, but do have some exceptions, so its very important to check out the listing details. For most listings, I even include a way for you to see the size comparison on different sizes of tees and give lots of guidance for getting that oversized look or a more fitted look. Reach out if you need help!

Method of Printing + Care instructions

TOS shirts are professionally printed! So, no peeling Cricut vinyl shirts here. You can wash and wear and these shirts will still look great. My printer uses Direct to Garment (DTG) inking and printing on high quality Bella Canvas, Comfort Colors, and Gildan products. The DTG Printing method sprays a very fine layer of inks onto the shirt/sweatshirt and then goes through a curing process. These dyes are amazing and are super high quality. I love our printers and they do an amazing job for me!

Where do you ship from?

I use multiple printers across the United States to help me fulfill your order! I use printers in Texas & California. I do this to make sure that I can get you the shirts at a great price and within a great timeline (production + shipping). I reserve the right to print shirts where needed and change up printers if there are supply chain issues preventing printing at one particular printer, but these issues have eased tremendously since 2021, so most orders print within 2 days and then are usually only in transit (at most) 5 business days.

Production & Shipping Timelines

I use professional printers from Texas and California. These printers run a 2-5 day production timeline and then package up your order. Usually, shipping can take anywhere from 2-5 business days but can, and sometimes does, take longer than that. On non-expedited shipping orders, I cannot guarantee a delivery date. If you need expedited shipping, you can go to the "add ons" section of my shop to add the 2 Day UPS Shipping to your cart. When you purchase that 2 Day UPS Shipping, your order will be expedited while shipping, however, the printer can still take the allowed 2-5 days to print your order.

I need my order by a certain date - how can I make sure I get it?

Because my contract with my printer allows them 2-5 days to print tees, your order can take the full 5 days to print (this is very rare, but can happen, especially during busier times). To ensure you've got the fastest arrival option, you can add expedited shipping by going to the "Add Ons" section of my shop and adding the 2 Day UPS Shipping to your cart and checking out with your items. I'll confirm the shipping add on with you. Again - Expedited shipping applies to the shipping only, and not to the 2-5 days that the printer can take to print your order.

Processing and Shipping: Shirts usually take 2 days to process, but can take 5-7 business days to process and ship out. I strive to get shirts out as quick as possible! Love it !! It is so cute. This is my third memphis shirt and I love them. This one in particular is very soft. :) love the soft “Bella” type shirts and this one is very similar to that T-shirt brand.
