Do you accept custom or personalized orders?

Yes, we specialize in custom orders! We would love to work with you to create a custom design. Whether you have already have a logo or just have an idea in mind, we would love to work with you to bring it to life! When you submit a custom order with KCKraftzBoutique, you will receive a customized mock-up of the design for your approval. We take the extra time to make sure what we print is exactly what you want! We are happy to work with you through as many design iterations as it takes! During peak seasons, we reserve the right to enforce a 24 hour review period. When we send a mockup, we will kindly ask that you respond within 24 hours. If we do not hear back, we will proceed with our best interpretation of the design.

Do you accepts returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. We politely ask that you communicate any specific requests through or messages conversations during the order process. We do our best to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability!

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes! When checking out, please select Priority Shipping if you need your item by a certain date. This will give you the best chance of getting your item on time. We do our best to get items shipped early and on time! We work countless hours to maintain fast processing times. However, once an item ships, any USPS shipping delays are out of our control.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If you receive your item(s) damaged due to shipping, please contact us right away! We are happy to send you a new product free of charge. We will just ask that you provide us a picture of the damaged item(s).

Custom and personalized orders

We currently do not offer gift messages. Leaving a "note to seller" does not ensure that we will send your message along with your item. If you would like to let the person know a gift is on the way, we recommend reaching out separately! We hope to be able to add gift messages as an option in the future!

This sweatshirt was more of a blue color than what the photos show 😕 I was expecting more of a darker grey color, and the lettering isn’t as vibrant as the photos show. It’s still cute, but idk if I’ll really wear it since it’s blue not grey!
