Regular mail within Canada
The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:

Two business days for local mail
Three business days within the province
Four days for national mail
These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

Regular mail to the U.S.A.
The delivery standard for regular mail sent from Canada to the U.S.A. is 5-8 business days, but can go longer than this, upwards of two to three weeks.

Regular mail to the UK/Australia
The delivery standard is 4-7 business days.

Small items are currently packaged in an envelope and then mailed in a stay-flat envelope.
Larger prints are either in a stay-flat mailer or a poster roll shipping tube.
A gift note can be provided however gift wrapping is not available at this time.

Digital products or customized products are not eligible for returns.
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so if you have a concern please get in touch.
If you would like to return a print, your prints must be returned to me at my Canadian address in a resellable condition.
Upon receipt of the prints, your refund will be applied.
