This pants is made of MULBERRY silk velvet which is made of 60% silk and 40% rayon (there is NO velvet made of 100% silk for sure):
- The surface of the velvet fabric is a pile of thick fibers that are stacked closely together. These fibers are cut equally short, so the fabric has good light reflection, glossiness and creates many different color tones in the same fabric. When touching the surface of the fabric, it feels very smooth, soft, with good shedding.
- Velvet fabric is a soft, smooth, silky fabric that has a good ability to keep warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange

There are no returns, refunds, and exchange for customized orders, mainly if it follows your specific request.
- I do accept returns if the item is matched the following conditions:
- Request a return within two days after receiving the item and make the items returned within 28 days
- No refund, returns if the item is already used, washed or with scratch, hole or lost the labels if any.
- Return to our only shop address in Hanoi, Vietnam.
- Customer agrees to pay restocking fees which costs 30% of the item if the garment has no fault caused by makers.
- I will issue a refund after receiving the item and all the condition is good.

Exchange: there might be an extra cost or a different cost for the exchanged item. It's up to the order and details; feel free to discuss this with me via Etsy message centre.

Washing and iron recommendation:
I recommend hand wash with cold water and dry wash; if you use a washing machine, please select the silk washing option in the menu bar.
I recommend using steaming iron and with the lowest temperature setting for silk.
