What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

Can I customize something I see in your shop?

YES! Whether you're looking at my leather napkin rings or my family name signs, almost anything can be customized. Most of my listings allow you to customize within the listing or by including a note during checkout. If you don't see that request within the description, just message me before purchasing the product you'd like to customize and I'll create a custom listing for you!

Do you accept returns or exchanges on personalized wedding decor or personalized home decor?

Due to the custom nature of the item I do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. I ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. I only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. I will always do my best to accommodate your requests!

If my item doesn't arrive on time, can I return it?

At times, shipping carriers experience delays, whether than be Usps, Fedex or UPS. We can't guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even when the tracking provides an estimated arrival date. If you've purchased from me, rest assured that your item will be shipped, I am in no position to guarantee the delivery timeline. I cannot cancel or refund shipments that do not arrive on time. I try my best to work with you, but I cannot control a shipping delay. Please understand, NO returns/refunds are accepted for shipping delays. If any order is lost in the mail, please contact etsy support - you may be able to request a refund via Etsy.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

There are no refunds since every item is custom. If an item breaks in shipment, any damage must be reported to my shop within 48 hours of the package arriving. Please provide photos of the damaged item and the package it was delivered in. I will either replace the item, or you can contact usps/fed ex for a refund. If you opt to open a claim with the shipping carrier, you MUST keep the shipping materials in order to prove that it was damaged.

Do you offer rush production?

If you need your order sooner than the projected timeline, you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 2 business days. I also offer shipping upgrades that you can find in each listing.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Wren and Olive Laser Co is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen - all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once I hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the item - please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

How do I download my digital item?

After completing your purchase of my digital items, like my floral wedding monograms, you'll see a download button immediately after the payment processes. You can also find this download button by clicking on your profile image and navigating to purchases. An email will also be sent, prompting you to download. If you have ordered a personalized digital item that I need to create, you will receive an email as soon as the digital item is ready to download.

This was a great addition to our table settings & napkin decor. It looked very elegant and the seller was great to work with. Only taking 1 star off as the assembly was harder than anticipated - the slots that the tabs fit into are quite a bit thinner than the tabs, so it took a lot of time & effort to make them into rings.
