1. After Etsy processes and completes your payment, they will send an email with a download link (download NOT available by phone)
2. If you can't find the email, please check your junk or spam folders
3. From your Etsy account > go to My Purchases and Reviews > find your purchased file and and there will be a small download icon ready for you to download your file
4. Please note the email is sent by Etsy (not myself) to the email address on record for your Etsy account
5. I can't make changes to your Etsy account and therefore can not change your email address on record or other information

This is a technical issue that may happen because you need the most recent version Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer/laptop, nothing is wrong with design file itself - please see instructions below >>>

PC >>>
If you already have the updated version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, open the resource using Adobe and do the following:
Choose File –> Print
Click on Advanced
Check the “Print as Image” box and click OK.
Click the Print button

Mac>>> Mac users need to click on the file, hold it down and press Command. Then, tell the file to open in Adobe.”
After doing so, you should be able to print as normal.
Make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader – rather than a standard preview application on Macs or a web browse

Please note >>> digital downloads are currently not supported in the Etsy App. To download please open Etsy in your internet browser ( like Safari, etc.) on your device and download from there > Access via computer/laptop

I'm sorry but it's difficult to provide instructions and technical assistance for the varies devices, software's and computer setups used by customers > will always try out best to help but to be on the safe side . . . please make sure you understand and own all the correct software, apps and devices needed to open, access and use your GoodNotes 5 file. You can also contact GoodNotes directly for technical assistance or the company for whatever device is giving you difficulty. There's no refunds available on all our digital products after they are downloaded.

Download the ".goodnotes" file from the Etsy link send to your email address on record or from your Etsy account under "Purchases and Reviews" tab. Locate your GoodNotes file and Save in the location of your choosing (examples > on your computer, iPad, google drive, etc.) Etsy gives you access to the GoodNotes file after the payment process has completed (I Don't send files directly to you as a Seller)

• Remember where you downloaded/saved your GoodNotes file
• Then go to your GoodNotes 5 app and click the icon to Import,
locate your GoodNotes file and import into new document or
existing notebook where you save your stickers
>> To move each sticker to your digital planner, just use the "Lasso" tool,
lasso the sticker you want (make a circle somewhere on it),
hold down, press copy, and then go to your planner and hold down
and the "Paste" word will show up, paste and adjust/move as needed
• Easier to do if you have a split screen > open your digital
planner and the GoodNotes file with the stickers in two windows
- Can't confirm compatibility with other apps/devices - designed for GoodNotes 5 Only

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

1. Open the PDF File with Adobe Reader
(Need it to edit, Free software if you don't already have it installed on your computer > https://get2.adobe.com/reader/

2. When the PDF is open, click on & highlight the blue text area
3. Type in your text/information as requested in your PDF design
4. When finished editing > Save your new filled out PDF file >
go to FILE > click on SAVE AS and name your PDF file for your use
5. Yay! You're ready to print at home or use a printing service > your choice

1. The editable PDF file I design will ONLY work correctly opening and editing with the FREE Adobe Reader
