Most items can be personalized. Just message me and I'll do my best to fullfil your request. Personalized items cannot be refunded.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders come wrapped in an organza bag. I also provide gift wrapping. Just add it during the checkout.

What are the shipping times

I usually ship within 3 to 5 days. Shipping varies depending on the destination. All items are shipped with registered Greek mail (ELTA) so there is a tracking number available. The estimated arrival time outside of Europe is between 10-30 working days, but it could take up to 45 days. If you have not received the item by then please let me know.

Size for jewel is fixed unless advised differently with a note. Sandals have standard European size. Their width is medium but suitable for slightly wider feet.

You should avoid getting your jewelry in contact with any liquids. Soap, lotions and perfume may contain chemicals that can damage your jewelry over time. Store your jewelry in a sealable plastic baggie to prevent tarnishing. For extra care, after each wearing gently wipe each piece of jewelry clean of makeup and skin oils with a cotton ball or a soft cloth. Doing this also helps restore shine. Sandals that have natural color leather will naturally darken over time. They are all made of natural genuine Greek leather which is durable, thick with a rough texture underneath. The leather might be stiff at first, but with normal wear it will soften up and take the shape of your foot. The more you wear them the more comfortable they become

This item is shipped on an organza bag from Greece via Hellenic Post (ELTA) as "Registered Airmail" which provides you with a tracking number. I send you the tracking number and you can track your item at www.elta.gr. (There is an English version). Please note that a tracking number minimizes the possibility of item loss.
Items are shipped in a bubble wrap envelope to your ETSY ADDRESS unless you message me otherwise in an organza gift bag. Before placing an order please check your country's duty policies because any duty or custom fees that may apply on the items are at your expense.

I ship within 1-3 business days, Europe 3-6 business days, all other countries 7-20 days depending on the season, weather, etc.

Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple return it within 3 days from the date you received it, for a return or an exchange.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and items must come back in it's original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on any returned item unless the return is a result of my mistake.
