-Wings are made of real feathers and are delicate used to make a beautiful display piece. Please be sure to reach out if you would like them removable so they can come on and off for cuddles or would like our fabric wings that are sewn on and more durable but cannot be seen from the front when on display.
-Bowtie/Flower can be added and comes in a coordinating color not all accent colors have a matching color or bowtie and white is used in its place to match the design.

We work with digital proofs. Once your order is placed, a digital proof of what your finished product will look like will be sent. Up to 3 edits can be made to ensure your elephant's information is correct. If a font change or more personalization than asked for in the listing and personalization box is wanted a $10 custom design fee will need to purchased. Once the proof is approved any errors will be the responsibility of the buyer, however we always work together to find a solution to an error. Should there be an error made on our behalf a replacement will be sent, however if the finished product matches what was placed on the order we will work case by case for a solution. If the digital proof receives no response or approval, it will be assumed that it is approved, and the order will be made and shipped at the end of the processing time.
