All items are packaged with care, but unfortunately not all packages are treated with care during shipping. I do my best to package breakables in enough materials that they would be pretty impossible to break, but regardless of my efforts, have been proven wrong by all the different carriers. If you receive a broken item, please send a message along with a photo of said break. I am able to refund if it was a shipping error, but please be aware that in most cases you'll be asked to place the broken item(s), the box they came in, and ALL packaging materials out for next day pickup by USPS *this is necessary for a USPS claim* If you have any other questions, feel free to message!

Plant Stakes and Poles

Plant stakes, poles, and trellises are made by hand of a mix of recycled and new pure, bare copper. **When purchasing, you are acknowledging that edges may be sharp and that you are going to use caution when handling** Due to items being formed individually and by hand, there may be slight differences in each piece. Copper is not sprayed with any additional coatings, so as to not disturb your plant’s well-being. Copper will change color over time and form a beautiful brassy patina. As with any stake or trellis, your plant’s soil will need to be packed for best results and support, as they can be top-heavy.
