Yes. However, I cannot guarantee the jump rings, eyelets, or hooks won't rust or change outside over time. I use mostly aluminum eyelets, brass (coated) jump rings, and stainless steel spinner hooks. I cannot guarantee the metal type of the used/vintage jewelry or chains, etc. Gemstones appearance and energy can change in the sun and elements.

Just throw a little rock or stone in it to have it level out. You can also try adjusting the strap (untie and cut the strap to make it shorter) as needed.
