Please ensure that you Etsy address is correct and updated before check out as it is not possible to retrieve or stop the package once sent. Any refund, re-delivery fee due to incorrect, inaccurate address will be borne by buyer. Refund, re-delivery can only be done upon receipt of the returned package.
Items are sent by registered mail. Therefore. buyer is encouraged to track your package progressively in case of ‘Attempted Delivery’, that is, no one at the address to sign-off the package.
