Can I Expedite My Order to Receive Before the Delivery Date?

Yes we can help for urgent product but it want to be inform us when you placing order.

How should I get my finger sized?

Any local jewelry store should offer free sizing. When you get sized, take note of which type of sizers they used- thin, wide or comfort fit (meaning they were rounded on the inside).

Can I resize my ring if the size is not right?

Yes. We offer a one-time free resizing service within 1 months of shipment or collection. Simply contact us to arrange for your free resize.(T.&C. Apply)

How is my shipment packaged and delivered?

For international shipment we use Aramex, UPS, FedEx, Post, and DHL which includes Insurance. Please contact us for special delivery arrangements if you wish to make your order a surprise!

What warranties do you offer?

We offer a free warranty against any manufacturer defects. If we determine that the repair is needed due to a manufacturer defect, it will be repaired free of charge. (T.&C. Apply)

Can i cancel the Custom order?

No, We didn't accept the cancellation on the custom order like Grillz.

If the grillz are not fit to my teeth what I want to do?

First, check which reason the grillz are not fitting the teeth. Send us the image and describe the issue. Then send us the back of the grillz and the new teeth impression. We will match it with a new impression if the problem is the impression we will try to fix it. But if we want to make a new one then we will be in charge of making it. (it will only be the making charge, not a metal and diamond charge)

Shipping took 5 working days from India to Sweden which is insanely fast. Divyesh kept me updated and answered all of my many questions and made sure I was informed. A review for this item states it is a scam which made me a bit hesitant to buy but I did it anyway after somw thinking. As long as you provide a perfect mold or a dental scan which tends to be more accurate and doesn't shrink or distort during shipping you will have perfectly fitting grillz. The grillz fit perfectly right out of the box, no adjustments needed and they look really dope! It was modeled from a dental scan STL file. Shipping took 5 working days from India to Sweden which is insanely fast. Divyesh kept me updated and answered all of my many questions and made sure I was informed. A review for this item states it is a scam which made me a bit hesitant to buy but I did it anyway after somw thinking. As long as you provide a perfect mold or a dental scan which tends to be more accurate and doesn't shrink or distort during shipping you will have perfectly fitting grillz. This is not a scam, it's a great product made exactly the way the pictures show. I will be buying again.
