How do I choose the correct corset size?

All corsets and stays are made to measure, so you do not really need to choose the size, we'll do it for you! We only ask you to carefully take all the required measurements for the corset you chose. These measurements will be our guide and they're the most important part. All Victorian and Edwardian corsets are designed to provide a 4in/10cm waist reduction automatically. Adding a modesty panel/stomacher to some designs is an option, as well.

Do you accept custom/bridal orders?

Yes, I do! However, they often require more time and come with additional costs. Please keep it in mind. I can only take a few such complex projects at a time, so please, make sure to message me first in advance(3+ month before due date) to find out, if there is a spot available.

How do I clean/wash my corset?

It is generally not recommended to wash corsets or stays. Spot cleaning and alcohol spray are the safest options. Please, wear a shift or a chemise underneath your corset to keep it away from the skin to prevent chafing and damage. This alone will help to it in a good condition. You CAN hand wash your corset in cold water using gentle detergents, IF it`s a one-layer corset/stays or both sides of the corset are the same/similar colour(s) and materials. If that is not the case, I recommend dry cleaning only. For a more detailed instruction, please see reels on my Instagram page. As for the dresses made out of wool or linen, I recommend washing them in cold water on a gentle setting of your washing machine.

Do you offer plus size?

Yes, I do! All of my corset designs are made to measure, so accommodating any body shape or size is not an issue. If your measurements do not correspond to the size chart provided in the listing, I will alter the pattern to your individual needs and anatomy. Enter your measurements and preferences, when placing your order(or message me) and we will find a way to achieve the best fit. I have experience making corsets smaller than XXS and beyond 5XL. However, some styles do not provide the same amount of bust support, as others, and may require longer processing time to be made. Do not hesitate to contact me regarding further details.

What is your processing time?

The processing time may vary, depending on the item and the workload. You can view the estimate time in each listing. However, for handmade/made to measure items(corsets and dresses) the usual time frame required for sewing the garment is about 3-4 weeks, all the rest is shipping time. The estimated delivery time is not always correct, since many variables play a role during both making process and shipping. Depending on the workload and the complexity of your personal order this time frame may be shorter or longer. If you're worried, you might not get your item on time, don't hesitate to let me know. Your concerns might be unnecessary.

Whether you want to request a custom order or make some core alterations to the already existing styles, make sure to do the following: 1. Message me before you place an order and provide a clear description, preferably with images, so we're clear about your wishes. 2. Provide all the measurements required for the best fit. 3. Any additional information might be useful, so tell me as much as you can. I will create a custom listing for your order, by the time we discussed and agreed on everything.
