This is a great mindfulness tool to do at the beginning or end of a session or even to be incorporated into the classroom. The guided imagery script itself should be about one minute or so long. You can choose to add more if you would like as you use it!

How to download:
- Your files will be available to download once payment is completed.
- Open your web browser and go to etsy.com and sign in to your account.
- After you've logged in you should see a circular icon in the right corner that says “YOU” below it. Click there.
- Select “Purchases and Reviews” from the menu.
- You should see your purchase with a black “Download Files” button.
- Click “download files” and the browser should download and open the PDF file(s) that are within the ZIP file.
- You can either print this file (as many times as you'd like for personal use) or use it with Goodnotes or a similar app on your iPad.
