We accept returns, but please be aware that customers are responsible for shipping and return costs, customs and import taxes that may apply. We accept cancellations in the first 24 hours after your order is placed, after that 20% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items during the production.

📏 FALSE SIZE:
Because all of our jewels are handmade, in the case of false size or given measurements by the customer, there is not the option of return but only of exchange. In that case, the customer will need to pay 20% restocking fees and take care of shipping costs of the transportation of the product both ways.
