Customizing your invitation

• During the Checkout process, there is a spot for a 'Note to Seller' Please put all invitation wording there so I have it altogether when I go to make up your unique invite. • Speed up the process and cut down on proofs needed by double checking and proofing your invitation details in the 'Note to Seller' exactly how you want them on your card. Also, make sure to double check all info and spelling before submitting it. This will cut down on proofs needed and will get the final invite to you a lot faster. • If you chose a card with a photo you can email your photo through Etsy convo to me after you've purchased. • All invitation prices are located in the 'Prices & Options' Drop down menu when adding it to your cart.

First proof turnaround time

• Standard time is 24hrs after purchase AND sending all custom invitation details. • Rush options are available during checkout which will get the 1st proof to you within 8hrs *NOTE this time frame starts once I have all your custom invitation details. • You will get up to (3) revisions. Any revisions needed after the third one will require a fee of $5 per change. Revisions can take up to 24hrs to get back to you. * The quickest way to get your invitations is to double check all your custom information for errors and missed info in the note to seller before submitting your payment to cut down on proofs needed.

Printable digital file

You will receive 3 files: - A JPEG file with 1 invitation (5 x 7 inches or 4 x 6 inches / 300 dpi) - A JPEG file with 2 invitations (5 x 7 inches or 4 x 6 inches / 300 dpi) - A PDF file with 2 invitations (5 x 7 inches or 4 x 6 inches / 300 dpi). With the above, you may: - Print them at home, photo lab or print shop. - Email them to friends and family. - Post on FB

Proof before purchasing

I'm sorry, I do not offer a proof before the order has been submitted due to the time required to make up individualized designs. I will work with you after purchase to make sure the design comes out how you were hoping with up to 3 revisions if necessary.

I do have matching party decor to any invitation in my store. Because of the large amounts of designs I offer I don't have samples for every design to show before purchasing them. I will make them up to match the invitation you choose and you can make revisions to them after your first proof as well until you love it. Final invitation - Colors may be slightly different

It is hard to get the exact color you see on screen once printed. The best hope it to get a color similar to the one you want. Computer monitors can differ from mine to yours to the final printed invite so the proof you see may be slightly different then what I see and what the final printer sees. Please print a sample before because colors / quality may vary when printed due to how monitors and printers read colors differently. I recommend to print them on smooth matt white card stock. Common printing paper is 80gsm. Recommend to print the invitations on 160-216 gsm matte white card stock. The photo paper is also a good choice.

Physical Items - Returned or Unclaimed Packages

- Customers are responsible for submitting complete & correct shipping address information. I am not responsible for items that have been shipped to addresses entered by customers incorrectly. If I receive items marked "return to sender" due to an incorrect address, I will re-ship the item(s) when: a) the customer provides a correct mailing address, and b) the customer pays the cost to re-ship the item. - For unclaimed packages, I reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping costs or reshipping fee. - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
