What material are used in these handmade ears?

Each pair of ears are stuffed with sturdy foam board and poly fill for a soft fluff. No sew. They are attached to headbands that are 1” wide. All headbands are plain, white satin and are thin, durable, and flexible to be worn all day without a headache.

How long does order processing and shipping take?

What is your return policy?

Since the ears are meant to be worn on your head and come in contact with hair, I cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Each sale is final but if you are unsatisfied with your order, please let me know.

How do I make the ears a more personalized fit?

When we chose our headbands, we had one thing in mind. COMFORT! Tight headbands can cause headaches and that is the last thing we want for you! While keeping comfort as a priority, we realize that one size doesn’t always fit all. We include a complimentary extra support package with every set of ears. Each packet includes four solutions for a tighter fit. Since everyone has different needs, you can choose what works best for you. Our kits include: 1. An adhesive rubber teeth slip strap 2. Supportive alligator clips 3. Elastic ties 4. Bobby pins

-Each pair of ears are unique and handmade, stuffed with sturdy foam board and poly fill for a soft fluff. The ears and bow are added to a 1” wide white satin headband. No sew. Pattern placement will not always be the same due to the nature of the fabric used.

-All headbands are plain, white satin and are thin, durable, and flexible to be worn all day without a headache. With these type of comfort bands, they may tilt/shift with some hair types. Tips for a more personalized fit are listed in our FAQs section.

-Although I try to make each pair of ears as perfect as I can, slight traces of glue or minor imperfections may occur.

-All ears are handmade-to-order, so they are relatively delicate but durable for normal use.

-Once finished and before packaging, a final quality check is done to make sure you are receiving the best item we can possibly create for you!

-Processing takes 3-4 weeks plus shipping times. Shipping typically takes 3-5 days but delays caused by USPS are possible.
