All sizes for bracelets and necklaces are listed in the description. I recommend you measure your wrist or neck with a tap measure to have a better idea of how the piece would look on you and if it fits. Should there be any sizing concerns, send me a message and I can see how to accommodate you.

Customs start at (in CAD $):
$15 for a design adjustment, i.e. gemstone or sequence change
$20 for anklets & bracelets
$25 for earrings
$30 for necklaces

I'm very transparent about the materials I use to create my jewelry in the description for each piece. I have antique and sterling silver, 14k gold-fill and gold-plated jewelry with genuine gemstones. 14k gold-filled jewelry is more resistant to time than gold-plated jewelry. You should always periodically clean your jewelry with mild soap and warm water and polish it with a jewelry cloth for your piece to keep it's shine. My jewelry is durable but dainty, so please be gentle with it and don't sleep with it on. You can wear your 14k gold-filled jewelry in water, simply clean it if it is exposed to any chemicals. Antique silver is less resistant than sterling silver. Sterling silver is non-tarnish and can be polished to ensure longevity.

Don't worry, it happens to the best of us! Simply send me a message or an email stating which earring you lost and I will send you a 50% discount code for it so you can purchase it. I do not offer free replacements for lost jewelry.

I offer CAD $15 for repairs on jewelry bought within the last 2 months. Please email me to inquire about repair so we can assess the situation before sending me your jewelry, because otherwise it will be sent back.

I offer tracked shipping for all domestic and US orders as standard shipping. For international orders, I have decided to only offer two forms of tracked shipping so you are aware of where your package is at all times. Please be mindful that if you message me asking where your order is that I know as much as you do about its whereabouts from Canada Post. Etsy gives an estimation for the the date of arrival so please be aware of it before ordering.

To make your experience more unique, my business cards are personalized to have the recipient's name on them. If you are gifting an item for a loved one, please mark your order as a gift and write the person's name in the personalization request or the "note to seller". I can also do special gift wrapping if you request it.

We only accept refunds when there is physical proof of damage on the jewelry upon delivery and you request a return. Please feel free to reach out if this occurs and send a photo of the damage. You can then return the jewelry to us and we will refund you when we receive it. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or lost packages, as that is out of our control.
