Tracking your pain is an essential start to recovery. If you have recently been diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder or been in an accident that has initiated excessive chronic pain, you might be confused and overwhelmed by what is happening with your body. This can make daily life very stressful and ultimately reduce your quality of life.

Some autoimmune disorders can include Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Addison disease, Celiac disease (gluten-sensitive), Dermatomyositis, Graves disease, Hashimoto thyroiditis, Multiple sclerosis, Myasthenia gravis, Pernicious anemia, Reactive arthritis, Sjögren syndrome or even Diabetes.

The first step is tracking your daily activities to determine what might be causing this issue in your regular diet and daily activities.

In many cases, and this more so applies to those with autoimmune disorders, it could be related to things you eat, your sleep, etc.

For those with chronic pain, you may already know what caused your pain, but tracking your daily pain is still essential to managing it.

Pain tracking is important for your knowledge as well as your doctor’s knowledge.

Our chronic pain calendar is a daily calendar, pain diary or pain journal with a page for each day of the year. The daily pages allow you to track things like pain, activities, food, medications and much more. You can even customize your own events to track using the blank sections.

Take control of your life and your chronic pain by starting to track your pain now. Tracking your pain is an essential start to recovery. It is essential to follow all of your activities, medications, food consumption, etc. very closely to properly and effectively manage your chronic pain.

About us

iTrackPain started as a calendar to help my wife manage her chronic pain. She suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis and this has been a major help for her in managing her pain. Our experiences over the years led us to start searching for a diary or calendar of some kind to track everything. Ultimately it made more sense to make one ourselves to track what was most important to her.

We began the development of a pain diary that could be used by her and others to track day-to-day pain, medications, activities, sleep and so much more.

It's simple and direct to the point. My doctor is going to love this. Sometimes I can't think of a word on how my pain is. This gives me guidance on how to describe it sometimes
