THIS HAS REVOLUTIONISED MY SLEEP. My partner likes to read with the lamp on or a booklight and I could never sleep with a normal eye mask because all the light crept in and neither of us could sleep well and we'd be irritable, sometimes having to sleep in different rooms. Now she can read in peace and I CAN SLEEP!!! I fall asleep straight away, its so comfy, and it blocks out almost all the light apart from by your nose. Highly recommend!!
