Custom and personalized orders

All readings are custom to the customer and will be delivered within 1-3 business days. If you ordered an audio reading, it will be delivered faster than a video reading. PDF readings oftentimess have the fastest turnaround time overall. Readings are not kept longer than two weeks, so please do remember to download your reading if you are intending to reference back to it! This is to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of your readings and information, as well as maintain space on my server for the constant stream of new orders.

Healthy Energy Exchange Policy

I reserve the right to cancel the order of any buyer who: - is disrespectful of me, my craft or my time - spam messages into the night about an order - demands special treatment - insists on trying to ask extra questions for free - sends inappropriate messages to me or my clients - leaves malicious negative reviews or anyone who otherwise crosses personal boundaries that allow for this to be a healthy energy exchange. If this happens you will be given a warning the first time, but should it happen again, your orders will be cancelled and we will no longer be able to do business together. Please be respectful of not only me but my time and energy as I do my best to offer not only this service, but a safe space for us both.

Refunds are only offered if the reading is not completed, or if you are wanting to cancel the order before the order has been completed. Once the reading has been done and sent to you, it is no longer eligible for refund, as I have spent the time and energy on your order that you have asked of me. I am more than willing to clarify anything if it doesn't make sense to you or if you're not sure what the energy is trying to express to you. Sometimes a reading might not resonate right away if there is lingering resistance or if the situation hasn't fully unfolded yet. I ask that you come into your reading with an open mind to the energies that are being channeled, as sometimes it might take a bit for the reading to click in these situations.

Custom Manifestation Audios

These audios are completely customized to your goals + what you'd like to achieve or feel as a result of your manifestation. To ensure you get the fastest + most complete results, I might reach out to you with follow up questions to make sure I'm clear on the intentions being set in the audio + how to best reprogram your subconscious to achieve this. Please keep in mind I might offer guidance on how to structure audios to make sure you're getting the most out of it. It is not recommended to mix multiple topics into one audio unless you're trying to gain the same feeling (ex: abundance in money + love is ok / legal success + health is not) otherwise it can slow results. Please be open to recommendations being made to help you succeed!

All readings are done with compassion, understanding and care, and will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days of purchase. I will use a variety of tarot and oracle cards, as well as zodiac cards to tap into the energy and provide you as much information and clarity as possible. When your reading is ready, you will receive an Etsy message with a link to your audio or video reading through Google Drive, as well as a picture of your spread for your reference. Readings will be removed from my Google Drive after two weeks, so make sure to download the reading if you'd like to keep it!

I live in the EST time zone, and so any reading requests purchased between 1am - 8am EST will not be seen until the following morning. Please make sure to provide ALL information requested. If you leave anything out, I will need to contact you and it may delay your reading, so please read thoroughly and make sure you're providing all relevant information. Please do not request more than you have paid for.

I am a fourth generation tarot reader and empath and I have been providing my reading services for five years. I have done readings on topics such as love, career, finances, life path, mental health, and a variety of other topics.
