How do you print and ship?

I'm currently using Printful as my printer, so all of your orders will go directly through my Etsy shop and right to Printful! PLEASE make sure you have the correct address before purchase, since the orders are all automated!

How long will my order take to reach me?

Since I don't handle the printing myself, it will depend on Printful's speed. Most items should be created and ready to ship between 3-5 days. After that, it will be shipped. You will receive updates as your product is made and shipped!

What if there is a problem?

I'm willing to help you and work with you to get any problems fixed. Please keep in mind: if your order is damaged or has quality issues, you should take photos of the item to help me and Printful's customer service to replace or correct the problem.

How much is shipping?

Printful has flat rate shipping for their products and it will be listed for each size that I offer. I offer a digital download section where all the posters are available for download INSTEAD of shipping (which will eliminate shipping cost but require YOU to print).

Why are the digital files cheaper?

Because there's no need for Printful to print and ship a physical object, the price will be much less for a digital item! The downside is that you will have to find a printer (or use your own) instead.

Can you do rush orders?

At the moment, I don't think I can. It takes between 3-5 for Printful to fulfill the order, and they are shipped right after that. Until I have the option of quicker shipping through Printful, I can't do rush orders.
