I'm very pleased with my order. I requested they use a calligraphy font for my box rather than the font in the listing and they were very friendly and helpful. The calligraphy font turned out perfect. The item was shipped fast and packaged really well. The only thing I would suggest to improve the item would be to add a small magnetic part to the wooden part and the acrylic so that there's less chance of the acrylic sliding and the teeth falling out of the box. To make mine more secure I've wrapped a rubber band around it. I still would high recommend this seller, though. Thank you!
