Most of our items are handmade to order, and therefore take approximately 3-5 business days to create. If an item requires more time it will be listed in the individual description.

Although we typically need at least 3-5 business days to create most of our items, if you let us know ahead of time that you will require your order sooner, we will do our best to accommodate this. It is important that you inform us of this BEFORE paying for your item(s). If we are unable to complete your order in time, we will let you know immediately.

All of our items ship USPS Priority Mail. On average, this typically takes approximately 2-3 business days, but may vary depending on location, weather conditions, holidays, etc.

IMPORTANT- If the shipping address you provided is not verified by USPS and the item is undeliverable or returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to mail the item again.

Yes! We use authentic horseshoes for all of our creations. Although the horseshoes we work with are brand new (never worn by a horse) these are the same ones that would be used by a farrier.

Horseshoes are technically steel, however, steel is a mixture of iron and carbon. We have hundreds of customers buy our items for both anniversaries (steel and iron) so this will definitely meet either of those needs.

We use these words interchangeably in our listings, so there is no difference at all in the way they are crafted. Tyler stamps the names and dates by hand on each of our items (this is why we limit the amount of characters).

We do not offer customization on the backside of the horseshoes due to manufacturer stamping appearing in that area.

By default, since most of our decor is handmade to order, we list each item in our shop with a quantity of 1, however, this does not truly reflect our current inventory. Please send us a message and we can easily adjust our listing quantity to accommodate your needs. You may also scroll through our shop and find the same products listed separately to add to your cart as well.

If the error was on our end, we will gladly fix your item at no additional charge.

If the buyer submitted incorrect information (we will reference your order form), we are happy to help but there will be a $15 correction fee. Buyer will be responsible for shipping both ways.
